Warranty & Return Policy

Jazp General Trading LLC alias Jazp.com , stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a product return and refund policy that is valid for a certain period of time.

Standard Return Policy

If you wish to return and replacement of a product, you may do so within 7 days & if you opt for return and refund you may do so within 3 days, from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and must include all accessories and documentation. Products that are not eligible for return or refund cannot be returned or refunded. The product return & refund process will initiate only if the customer submits a return complaint registration through the official website of Jazp.com.

Product Replacement and Refund Timeline

Replacement timeline:
  • Once you return a product, it may take 2-4 working days based on your location for it to reach us.
  • After the item reaches our Service centre, it will take 4-6 working days to check and process your product refund.
Refund timeline:
  • After the return is processed, subject to conditions, it may take up to 7-21 working days for the refund to get credited.
  • If you opt for a refund through Jazp credit points, it will process and reflect immediately to your wallet.
  • A restocking fee of 15% will be applicable/chargeable for product returns as per restocking fee policy .

*Cancellation Fee will be charged at 5% to 10% of the order value on prepaid order which are cancelled due to external factors other than Jazp.

*Orders placed through Tabby are subject to Tabby's refund policy. If the order is cancelled, a cancellation charge of 5% will be applied on the order value

*Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Warranty Product Return & Refund Eligibility Criteria's

Electronics & Tools/ Mobiles & Tablets/ PCs & laptops

You may return an electronics product if it meets the following criteria:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials should be included.
  • If the product has been used or products original box was opened or seal were removed, the product replacement and refund will not be processed, unless there is a manufacturing defect or there is a physical damage upon delivery, provided it is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If the product has any manufacturing defect, the original box, user manual and all other accessories must be returned too.
  • Electronic items such as Mobile Phones, Laptops, Tablets, Digital & DSLR Cameras and Smart Tv can only be returned within 3 days.
  • All electronic items are only eligible for warranty claim once its unboxed.

The following electronics products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Software products that have been opened or activated.
  • Products with a missing serial number or UPC
  • Products with physical damages or missing parts
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Home & Furniture

  • Furniture & Large Home appliances are not eligible for return unless there is a physical damage upon delivery, provided it is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • In case of selected Large Home appliances, on-site services will be provided by the authorised service provider.
  • Home Décor products are accepted for return only if its unopened, must be in original packing & free from damages.
  • Unwrapped bedding, Sofa and accessories will not be accepted for return or refund.
  • If the products are in used condition, they will not be returned unless there is a manufacturer's defect, provided it is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Beauty Health, Fashion & Personal Care

  • Hair, personal care items, and other hygiene & health related products are not eligible for return.
  • The used or opened Beauty care items like creams, fragrances and health care products are not eligible for return.
  • Apparels such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bra, socks & tights are not eligible for return.
  • All other Fashion and beauty products are eligible for return only if they are unused, undamaged, and in intact packing condition with all labels and tags.
  • Cosmetics and personal care electronic items such as trimmers, grooming sets etc. will only be eligible for servicing if there are any manufacturing defects. Claims should be made within 24 hours.
  • All hygiene products are not subject to return unless there is a manufacturing defect, and the defect should be reported within 24 hours from product delivery.

Baby Products & Toys

  • Hygiene-related products, feeding & training accessories, diapers and accessories, bath care, and medical treatment products are not eligible for return.
  • Baby products eligible for return must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, it must be reported within 48 hours.
  • Used or opened toys and games accessories cannot be returned.
  • Return will not be accepted if any parts or accessories are missing from the toy or game.

General Conditions Applicable for All returns and warranty.

  • If the product has Warranty, the warranty period will clearly mention in the invoice itself.
  • All products that are returned in resalable condition are eligible for either return or refund. It is important to note that the return or refund will be void if the product is not in resalable condition.
  • The products sold in deals/promotions/super low prices can’t be refunded but replaced only if have any physical damages, up on delivery or manufacturing defects.
  • In case of complaints, items covered by warranty will be picked up and sent to the respective service centres. This process may take 14-21 days and depending on the nature of the complaint, availability of the spare parts, there could be difference in the time period.
  • In case of Physical Damages on selected products which comes under “Jazp Warranty” (where jazp will carry out the warranty services), provided the service charges and associated spare parts cost should be bare by the customer.
  • Damages from liquid exposure will not be return.
  • Product tampering due to third party/self-repair attempt will not be return.
  • The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repairing of defective product or refunding the amount of the purchased product (such decision at the product Seller’s discretion).
  • Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
  • Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer. In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we'll issue a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available, you'll be refunded in full. Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product description to know if it includes warranty benefits.
  • Jazp.com reserves the right to return any product to the customer if it does not meet the return guidelines. In such cases, the customer will not be entitled to a refund for the product.
  • In case of replacement, Jazp.com will make Two (2) attempt for the delivery. In case of both attempts of delivery are unsuccessful, we hold the product for further Three (3) days in the delivery Hub, the customer can request for reattempt within 3 days to our customer care department. Then we again try for delivery. If the delivery attempt fails again, the product will be returned to Jazp.com's main warehouse. We hold the order for maximum of 3 days as it is and an official mail will be sent to your registered email id/SMS to registered Mobile Number regarding the confirmation for order cancellation. If there is no reply from the customer within Four (4) days, the replacement order will be cancelled.
  • When processing a refund, we will only proceed with the refund once we receive confirmation from the customer. If the refund process fails due to incorrect details, we will send an official email to the registered email ID and wait for a maximum of 14 days for a reply from the customer. If there is no reply, the refund amount will be credited to Jazp Credit Points, which can be used to make payments for future purchases.

Restocking Fee Policy

If the item is returned opened or without all original packaging and accessories, a restocking fee will be applicable. The restocking fee will be chargeable from 15% onwards of the item's purchase price. Additionally, if you are returning a product that was not defective or damaged, but you simply changed your mind or no longer want the item, Jazp may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's purchase price.

*Warranty of branded products will be under the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
