Honest review about this product and this jazp.com as well. Too bad quality product, like this headset i found was already used and had a-lot of scratches on the case, right side of headset was not working and even didn’t found any manual or something. Headset keeps connecting and disconnecting over and over again. Now let’s move to Jazp.com’s team. First of all a lot of miscommunication within their team, they don’t know the manners to talk or listen. Secondly they don’t value their costumer’s time or money. I was supposed to receive replacement for these things and it’s been 4 days and still just now called and they directly said you won’t receive your things today. Call back tomorrow. Like what is wrong with these CSR’s?? They think everyone here is Indian who’ll bear their bulshit!! I’ve placed some orders as i thought maybe it would be better but now I’m willing to shift somewhere else as these people just don’t know how to do business or how to communicate or execute normal opera
